Troll Hospital and More
Many troll repairs can be safely done by you at your very own habitat. And once we figure out what repair parts to send, you can restore them to their former good health. But, if you (and your troll) feel that a little more professional help is needed to be fully rejuvenated, you can send the injured one back to us. Here we can handle conditions ranging from the purely cosmetic, all the way to more major concerns. NOTE: We are not always able to work with you on repairs during our busiest times of the year around the holidays.
The out of pocket expense for this care is always reasonable (especially for the smaller trolls), but because each patients case is different, you will need to contact us first to describe what your patient is needing. We can then provide an estimate of cost. Once this is done, payment can be made here (just select quoted price from drop down list), or by mail or phone.
NOTE: Part of this cost might also include amount for return packing and shipping. So to reduce this part of the costs, you can let us know that you are combining with a new order and we will adjust quote. Or you can always drop off/pickup the troll/s here at the care facility (our Troll Mountain studio).
