How To Place Orders For Members
For current members of the
Arensbak Troll Club on Facebook:
When you pick up an order here at the studio,
or place an order through our online catalog TrollTown.com,
you are eligible for a club discount on most items (see Club Discounts bottom of page).
How To Place Orders
and receive your benefits
For online orders:
When placing an order...
During final checkout process on the REVIEW and SUBMIT ORDER page
you will see a text box that says NOTE TO SELLER.
Enter your Facebook ID there (the name/ID you use to sign in to the club page).
If you don't enter your ID there, we won't know to apply the club discount.
Important:
This discount WILL NOT show up when you place your order online.
Your order will show the full total with no discount applied.
AFTER WE REVIEW YOUR ORDER and verify your club ID,
we calculate discount and then refund that amount back to your account
(either credit/debit card or PayPal...whichever one you originally used).
For Pickup Orders:
Just provide us with your Club Facebook ID when you visit the studio.

and 20% on orders over $100 (excl. shipping).
