How To Place Orders For Members
For current members of the
Arensbak Troll Collector's Club on Facebook:
When you pick up an order here at the studio,
or place an order through our online catalog TrollTown.com,
you are eligible for a club discount on most items.
Important:
Club discounts have to be approved before being applied.
This discount WILL NOT show up when you place your order online.
Your order will show the full total with no discount applied.
AFTER WE REVIEW YOUR ORDER and verify your club ID,
we calculate discount and then refund that amount back to your account
(either credit/debit card or PayPal...whichever one you originally used).
How To Place Orders
and receive your benefits
For online orders:
During final checkout process on the REVIEW and SUBMIT ORDER page
you will see a text box that says NOTE TO SELLER.
Just enter your Facebook ID there (the name/ID you use to sign in to the club page).
If you don't enter your ID there we won't otherwise know you are a club member.
When order is processed we will then calculate discount
and refund that amount back to your account
either credit/debit card or PayPal...whichever one you originally used).
For Pickup Orders:
Just provide us with your Club Facebook ID when you visit the studio.

Members receive a 15% discount on most purchases direct from us (online or at the studio)
and 20% on orders over $100 (excl. shipping).
Discount not available on:
eBay auctions, custom orders, and for 30" and 60" trolls.
